ON DENIM SHORTS

Looks. Comparing denim shorts looks with, you know denim shorts looks, the very same denim shorts mind you, it keeps me fascinating how versatile they are by being as ordinary as, you know, cut off jeans. This week we were already talking about sleeveless oversized blazers and left the shorts out in the cold, even though they're hot hot hot, an easy mix&match and as already said versatile, which is always great for sure but which also makes an oh so simple item a little investment piece for, you know, life. 

So what we have here is a shining example of a chilled summer outfit. Bye, bye heeled booties, bye, bye sleeveless oversized blazer, it's time for some buckled flat sandals that jingle-jangle - they really do - an oversized sweater that's blowing flowing in the wind and of course denim shorts, what else? Frankly, it's not a look that makes your brain break but hey, there're days when your brain just needs a break itself - dressing-up-wise and all, you know.
